To bring in the weekend in style, Cooked by Moms brought a mom-cooked snack menu to WeWork at 247 Park, cooked with love by our mommies from NGO Seva Sadan Society.

Over 200 members of WeWork relished our home-cooked snack menu, coming back for seconds, and polishing off all the food we had prepared for them within an hour!

Cooked by Moms launched the first in a series of cooking workshops on August 31st, 2018. Cooked by Moms’ workshop series aims to empower the women we work with by teaching them new skills, and adding to their culinary repertoire.
Tarannum Aziz, the Founder of bakery chain - Love Sugar & Dough - conducted a 2-hour workshop in which she taught two of her favourite recipes to Cooked by Moms’ mom teams from NGO Veruschka Foundation, which consisted of 9 adults with developmental disabilities and their mums.

Through this unique collaboration with Bombay Vintage, Cooked by Moms' mom team from NGO Seva Sadan Society put together a special thaali meal inspired by the city of Mumbai for 50+ guests.
The many shades and communities of Mumbai were captured in a special menu that featured wholesome ‘thalis’ featuring Gujarati, Maharashtrian and Parsi cuisines.

Namrata Tanna
Founder & CEO
A former television journalist, Namrata moved to the social sector 10 years ago, to use her journalism skills to create social impact. She has worked with NGOs Concern India Foundation and iVolunteer and also co-founded an initiative called Creatives Against Poverty.
Namrata also plays the role of advisor to several NGOs and companies with regards to their
CSR activities.
Tabassum Pangarkar
Head - NGO Relations
Tabassum is a qualified, professional Social Worker, Remedial & Life Skills Educator, and a Professional Counsellor.
She has 10+ years of experience in this field and has worked with children and women on various development issues.

Drashti Desai
Consultant - Communications
An MBA graduate from PTVA'S Institute of Management, Drashti runs ARC Media Management, a digital marketing company that manages the social media profiles for several upcoming brands.
